Medical Sisters Convent

Medical sisters of St Joseph (Dharmagiri ) is a religious congregation dedicated to St Joseph, started in the year 1944 by servant of God Msgr Joseph Panjikaran. The charism of the congregation is compassionate love and service to bring about healing and wholeness.

Our motto is ‘Love serves’. We combine both active and contemplative life by joining the work of Martha to the prayer of Mary. MSJ St George convent, Edappally established in the year 2009 in the Ernakulam-Angamaly Archdiocese.

The main apostolate’s of the community are pastoral care and homoeo medical centre. Sisters are actively involved in all pastoral activities like catechism training, charismatic prayer group’s, family unit meeting etc.
